To approve the minutes of the Ordinary meetings of the Regulatory Committee held on 8 August 2023.
The Responsible Finance Officer to update the Committee on actions taken in respect of decisions made since the previous meeting.

- Planning Application 23/02056/HOU – 11 Beales Lane, Walton Park, Milton Keynes MK7 7HB – Erection of two storey front extension with single storey return. Garage conversion into habitable space and new garage outbuilding on front driveway. Relocation of existing driveway access point. (Applicant: Mr Daniel Rowe)
