3. MINUTES

   To approve the minutes of the Ordinary meetings of the Regulatory Committee held on 8 August 2023.

4. RESPONSIBLE FINANCE OFFICER’S REPORT

   The Responsible Finance Officer to update the Committee on actions taken in respect of decisions made since the previous meeting.

5. PLANNING APPLICATIONS

   To consider and comment on the following planning applications:

   1. Planning Application 23/01606/FUL – Open University, Walton Drive, Walton Hall, Milton Keynes MK7 6AA – Erection of 2no. research masts and associated power and data cables. (Applicant: Edward Marlow)
   2. Planning Application 23/02006/HOU – 21 Gregories Drive, Wavendon Gate, Milton Keynes MK7 7RL – Erection of two storey front extension, first floor extension over garage, insertion of windows to ground floor lounge & study & internal alterations to utility/study & relocation of bathroom to include new first floor window. (Applicant: Mr & Mrs Hosey)
   3. Planning Application 23/02056/HOU – 11 Beales Lane, Walton Park, Milton Keynes MK7 7HB – Erection of two storey front extension with single storey return. Garage conversion into habitable space and new garage outbuilding on front driveway. Relocation of existing driveway access point. (Applicant: Mr Daniel Rowe)
   4. Planning Application 22/00524/OUTEIS – Land Forming Part South East Milton Keynes Strategic Urban Extension South of Milton Keynes North of Bow Brickhill, North of Bow Brickhill Road And Woburn Sands Road Milton Keynes– AMENDED Outline application (matters of principle access to be considered with matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved) for mixed-use urban extension comprising residential development, secondary and primary schools, local centre (including retail, commercial and community uses), landscaped green infrastructure and public open space, access roads and associated highways improvements, surface water drainage and associated infrastructure works. (Applicant: L&Q Estates Ltd And Fox Land And Property Ltd)
