Christmas Coach Trip

Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre

On Thursday November 28th we will be heading to Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre.
Hailed as the Midland’s leading Victorian themed street market, it really is the best way to kick start the festive season by soaking up the atmosphere of vibrant colours, harmonious sounds and enticing scents of Christmas.
Once again Worcester’s historic streets will be filled with over 200 stalls selling an array of products including local arts and crafts, international products, festive gifts and not forgetting the extremely tempting international street food. Whether you’re looking for a Christmas decoration, a piece of unique jewellery, an unusual item for the home or some edible festive treats, you won’t be disappointed with the varied choice on offer.
Food and drink lovers alike will delight in the ‘fare’ that will be available at this year‘s Worcester Victorian Fayre. A record number of leading producers from the region are making a special effort to tickle the taste buds of the thousands of visitors expected to throng to the city, with some brand-new tastes and flavours,
There’ll also be plenty of food-on-the-go to enjoy as you wander round the Fayre – including warm roasted chestnuts, flavoured nuts, filled crepes and hot chocolate, all of which can be purchased from the various hot food street sellers along the lit up streets of Worcester.
Now in its 27th year, the Worcester Victorian Fayre always ensures that the narrow and historic streets of Worcester come to life as many of the stall holders dress in traditional costume as 19th century ladies, gents, urchins and chimney sweeps.
If the Fayre isn’t enough, there’s plenty of things to see and do around the centre of Worcester, including visiting the cathedral, which is free of charge!
The trip is open to Walton residents aged over 55 and will cost £6 per ticket. Non-residents are welcome to come too, and the cost to them will be £13.
To book up, please come into the office and fill out a form. You can pay by cash, cheque or card.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
